Company Behavior Standards


 IMG's goal is to improve the lives of local people in developing countries, through the formation and implementation of the most effective development programs and projects – with key principles of attaining efficiency and equity in these economies.    

 In pursuit of this goal, IMG holds honesty and integrity as our guiding principles and acts in accordance with the following standards:

1.  Respect for all people and cultures around the world

 We hold it true that all people are born with an inherent dignity. In our activities, we ensure that human rights are respected and promoted. We strive to carry ourselves in the most respectable manner possible when engaged with local cultures and traditions in all countries we operate in.

2.  Compliance with laws and regulations

 We will comply with laws and social norms and act based on our social conscience. As a good citizen who complies with the law, he has no relationship with antisocial forces such as gangsters and refuses financial cooperation or any other request.We comply with all laws, regulations, and social rules that apply to us – we also act in accordance with our own social conscience. As a law abiding organization, we do not associate with any antisocial groups (such as organized crime groups) and as such we refuse to make any financial contributions to, or comply with, any demands from such groups/individuals.

3.  Continuous improvement and the pursuit of excellence

 We endeavor to continually improve the quality of our services and strengthen our expertise to provide our clients, partners, and employees with the highest level of satisfaction.

4.  Environmental conservation

 Within the activities of our company we constantly promote environment conservation, in a direct effort to contribute to building a sustainable society.

5.  Accountability and transparency

 We deliver accurate information on our company activities to our clients, partners and employees in a timely and appropriate manner.
